Privacy Policy

What we collect. Only what you give us in our forms: your name, how to reach you, and optionally your business name and industry. For referrals, we also collect the referred business's details you provide. We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for website analytics.

Why. To schedule and run intro and audit calls, follow up about our services, and pay referral rewards. Form submissions are stored and used to follow up about your call. When you provide an email address, an automatic confirmation email is sent.

Where it's stored. In a hosted database with access limited to AutoPilot Lab staff.

Sharing. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it for advertising. Service providers that run our website, database, and email may process it for us.

Voice calls. Our website demo connects you to a live AI voice agent, either in your browser (using your microphone, only after you allow it) or by phone. Demo calls are processed by our voice provider, Vapi, and may be recorded and transcribed to improve the service. See the AI and Call Disclosure below.

Your choices. Email hello@autopilotlab.ai to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.

AI and Call Disclosure

The demo on this website is an AI voice agent, not a person. Demo calls are limited to 3 minutes and to a few per day, and may be recorded and transcribed. By starting a demo call you agree to this. Voice agents we build for clients include their own disclosure and consent.

Please don't submit payment card numbers, passwords or sensitive health information through this website.
